These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, content, programs, and services offered by Divine Law Ecclesia ("DLE," "we," "us," or "our"), including the following websites (collectively, the "Sites"): divinelaw.com, divinelawcourse.com, divinelawmasterclass.com, divinelawbook.com, and divinelawprogram.com.
By accessing the Sites, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites or services.
The content, programs, materials, and tools offered by DLE are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or professional representation of any kind.
DLE is not a law firm, and no attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Sites, enrollment in any program, or use of any tool or material. We do not provide legal representation, and our materials are not a substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney, accountant, or other qualified professional.
You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the documents you prepare, sign, and file in your own name. Before acting on any information provided through our programs, you should consult a qualified, licensed professional regarding your specific situation.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding agreement to use the Sites and services. By using the Sites, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Certain features or programs require you to register or provide information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity under your account.
When you enroll in a program, make a purchase, or submit a contribution, you agree to the price and terms presented at the point of enrollment. Payments are processed by our third-party processor, Stripe.
Membership and renewal terms, including how renewals, non-renewal, and retained access are handled, are presented at the point of enrollment for each membership tier.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from DLE consistent with the consent you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Depending on the consent you provide, the types of SMS messages you may receive include alerts, notifications, reminders, and other transactional or informational messages (such as application updates, appointment and event reminders, account notifications, and customer-support follow-ups), and, where you have separately consented, promotions and other marketing messages about our programs, offers, and events.
All content on the Sites — including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and downloadable resources — is owned by or licensed to DLE and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Enrollment in a program grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own use only.
You agree not to:

We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular result or outcome will be achieved through use of our programs or materials. Any testimonials or examples shared reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of any specific result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DLE and its officers, members, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Sites, programs, or materials, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DLE and its officers, members, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Sites or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
